Our Story

The Law Offices of Balthrop, Perry, & Noe, PLLC is comprised of a group of attorneys who practice various types of law in Cheatham County, Tennessee and surrounding counties. Our office was founded by Sam Balthrop and Robert L. Perry, Jr. in 1983 and continually operated  as an association of attorneys until December of 2018, when the firm was formally organized into a professional limited liability company.  Current members of the firm include Jennifer Noe, Martha Brooke Perry, and Scott Dulaney.
