Our Practice

Jennifer Noe grew up in Cheatham County, Tennessee.  She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Nashville School of Law.  She was admitted to practice in Tennessee and in the United States District of Court, Middle Tennessee, in 1994, and she joined the firm in 1997.  Her practice focuses on domestic relations law, municipal law, civil law, as well as criminal law.  Jennifer is a Rule 31 Certified Mediator.

Martha Brooke Perry grew up in Cheatham County, Tennessee.  She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Alabama and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee.  She was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 2001, the same year that she joined the firm.  Her practice focuses on civil law with an emphasis on real estate, business transactions, municipal law, probate, and contracts.  

Scott Dulaney grew up in Alabama.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Alabama.  He was admitted to practice in Alabama in 1993, in Florida in 1998, and in Tennessee in 2003.  He retired in 2019 as in house lead legal counsel for Caterpillar's Earth Moving Division.  He joined the firm in December of 2019.  His practice area focuses on general civil matters.
