Jennifer Noe grew up in Cheatham County, Tennessee. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Nashville School of Law. She was admitted to practice in Tennessee and in the United States District of Court, Middle Tennessee, in 1994, and she joined the firm in 19
